Agile Robots and Franka Robotics present intelligent robotics solutions at KRoX2024

Munich, 11.06.2024 - Agile Robots and Franka Robotics will showcase their automation solutions at the Konradin RobotX Forum. KRoX, which takes place on June 20 in the Filderhalle in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, promises a range of exciting advancements in the field of robotics.

Embracing the motto “Xperience RobotX”, visitors can look forward to an exciting combination of innovative technologies, practical presentations, and live demonstrations.

Agile Robots and Franka Robotics will present their innovations together at booth 8 in the main hall. The robotics companies leverage synergy effects: Agile Robots concentrates on industrial applications of robots, while Franka Robotics covers the research & disruptive applications sector.

The topic of “robotics for all” is vital to their approaches. Both companies focus on simple, user-friendly operating methods that require no prior programming knowledge.

The Head of Robotics Learning at Franka Robotics, Lars Johannsmeier, will address this topic in his panel talk “Robotics and AI in disruptive applications” at 15:00. In his 20-minute presentation, he will explain the AI-supported App Optimization Application, which simplifies the parameterization of robot programming and thus lowers the entry barriers for efficient robot use.

Such Intelligent automation solutions will also be prominently featured at the booth: Agile Robots will present the lightweight robot Yu 5 Industrial, which uses an integrated intelligent camera to solve an exemplary pick-and-place task on site. The robot can independently distinguish between different objects, manipulate them, and place them with precision. This makes the Yu 5 Industrial suitable for a range of industrial tasks, such as machine tending, sorting or material handling.

Visitors can find out how these automation solutions improve production processes at booth 8 in the main hall of the Filderhalle.
