Munich, 12.09.2023 – The international high-tech company Agile Robots announces the successful acquisition of a majority share in BÄR Automation, further solidifying its position as a key player in the automation industry. This strategic decision marks an important milestone for both companies and paves the way for future innovation.
The family-owned company BÄR Automation was founded in 1972 and has since developed into an important system integrator for future-oriented applications in the fields of robotics and mechatronics. With more than 140 employees, BÄR Automation developed and implemented individual system solutions and special-purpose machine constructions for an international customer base.
