The next industrial revolution

  • For decades, automation meant machines repeating fixed sequences.
  • Reliable, but unable to adapt. Physical AI changes that.
  • At Agile Robots, we're applying it with one of the largest AI robotics teams in the industry
  • to build robots that perceive, reason, and adapt in real time.

The full physical AI stack

Physical AI only works when every layer works together: data, AI, software, and hardware. That’ s why Agile Robots brings all of it together in-house, from data to deployment.

Data

The more our robots work, the smarter they get. Our Robots Academy is continuously logging real industrial task data at growing scale. Real industrial data, not just simulation, is what closes the gap between a robot that performs in the lab and one that performs on the factory floor.

Artificial intelligence

Agile Robots is closing the gap between AI and robotics. Our in-house AI development gives our robots real situational intelligence, letting them interpret a scene and adapt their action to it instead of following fixed responses. Combined with full-body sensitivity, this lets them respond to natural-language instructions, identify and handle objects on their own, and correct their own mistakes as they go.

Robotics hardware

Our robotic hardware portfolio includes humanoids, mobile robots, robotic arms, intelligent hands and grippers, and complete automation cells. This full range of robotic embodiments gets any task done to the highest standard.

In-house manufacturing

We design and develop all our products ourselves – from robotic arms and hands to mobile platforms and our AgileCore software. Full control over the entire production process means we can quickly deliver tailored robotic solutions and interface platforms to customers quickly. Seven production sites and two R&D centers give us the capacity to stay flexible and fast.

Grounded in research

Our roots trace back to the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and that scientific foundation still shapes how we work today. It's also why we partner with Google DeepMind, giving us direct access to frontier AI research and models that push what's possible in robotics.

Industry-proven

Cutting edge technology is nothing if it can’t handle the reality of the factory floor. With over 20,000 robotics solutions installed for industrial customers worldwide we’ve quickly learned what works and matters for industries worldwide. Our acquisition of Krause Automation has further strengthened our industrial automation experience.
