The German manager has many years of international experience in establishing and scaling global structures, as well as extensive industry expertise across various sectors. Bettina Schön-Behanzin has served as a senior executive at internationally operating companies for more than 25 years, particularly in the mechanical engineering and supplier industries. Most recently, she held global functions at the Freudenberg Group. During her professional career, she has established companies and products in international markets and successfully built and rapidly scaled global sales and production structures in Germany and Asia. She has also held leading positions in international business organizations, among others as Vice President of the European Chamber of Commerce in China and as Chairwoman of the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
